I agree with everyone to try local and maybe state officials to look into his store. I got my Lizzy from a store here in Chicago and at least they kept the cages clean and the pets well fed. I have been to soe that the poor baby's lived in appauling conditions. We need more laws on the books to protect,I write to my officials on all these issues, they must get sick and tired of hearing from me, one day they will listen.
