We also have similar problems. I am disgusted. some people on the IML said that the Agriculture Department issues the license for imports. I went to the web for VA state and found the web page. Sure enough, the Agriculture Dept does Pet Store Inspections. I am going to write and ask that they check out our worst one. Animal Control in some areas will investigate and in others is not interested.
