If the weather is cold in your area, you are limited on time.
First thing I would do, is ask the owner of the house if you can hang a heat lamp by the opening. Next, put a hide box next to the heat source, be careful not to get it too close. If you have a human heating pad, put that in the hide box on low heat setting. Make sure that the openings are closed off, so he can't get out from under the house.
The best time to catch this little guy, would be early in the morning before the sun comes up, while he's probably still cold. Temps below 50 degrees is life threatening for an iguana.
