Samcin, I know you are frustrated. The only comfort I can offer is that you ARE making a difference. No matter how often you hear the same question or how stupid the question may be, you patiently answer each one and try to point the owner in the right direction. I guess we should be glad you have 'heard' about these people or their igs would not stand a chance in the world.
