Glad to hear iZ is doing better!
I hope you find the non-liquid meds soon (please
let me know if you do), but don't give up on the
liquid entirely in the meantime. If he needs it;
he needs it. With time, he'll get better at
taking it.
I had lots of trouble with Q and his meds early
on, but now I give him AT LEAST 30 ccs of various
liquids every night. Some nights it's more like
60 ccs. We've been doing this for over a year, so
it's routine now.
Of course, Q is only 6 lbs and has a bobbed tail.
I also have the help of a now-expert iguana holder.
An 11 lb ig is undoubtedly much more difficult to
handle!
