Gravid Female iguanas having problems this year?

Hi Everyone... there have been a few friends of mine, saying they are having some problems this year in their female's egglaying... are there others out there whose females did not lay this year or are having problems? So far Sammy seems right on schedule... but no digging yet. I don't want to spay her this year, will be too busy this spring to give her the attention i would like to after a spay.
