If you'd like to install the other light you can. A suggestion would be, using it during the winter months and then when warmer weather comes around, turn off the second one. As mentioned earlier, when warmer weather does get there, make sure you take your iguana outside for some direct sunlight.
When it's 75 degrees here in VA, I'll take ours outside, as long as there's clear skies. One of ours, Harry, will start panting at around 82 degrees if there's no wind. His color (brown/black) heats him up fast and it doesn't take long before he's hot, so I usually try to break up his sunlight by using a piece of lattice material on top of his cage.
If your iguana starts panting this summer outside, it's a sign it's too hot, make sure you put something over the cage to break the sunlight up some or give a shaded area for your iguana to go to.
