We have an Iguana room. It's kept at around 80 to 85 degrees during the day, then we use ceramic heating elements on their basking spots. We run a humidifier 24/7 in the room. At night we turn the main heat down to around 70 to 75 degrees and still keep the ceramic heaters going.
