Ok, Thanks for the info, glad you mentioned the above, as no one food source in excess can be good for anyone.
I have fed lima beans to my Ig's and my Bearded dragon on occasion, just hadn't reached the point of what it is that Lima beans contain that doesn't make them so good.

Ho humm if we were to avoid every food source out there that has some drawbacks due to toxic properties, we'd never eat and nor would our herps, LOL
