There SHOULD be a sign saying that and I know that there are allways things that should be corrected, no excuse, just a fact. BUT, sometimes it doesn't matter what you write on signs, people just tend to ignore them, they just WANT to complain ( this is just generally meant, not directed toward this particular case, cause I agree that this WAS a bad setting!! )
