Most of these questions are on the pages you said you've read. But I'll give you the answer to some things you probably won't find or will have some trouble finding it.

The best supplement is Rep-Cal and Herptivite because they're phosphorus-free.

Get your cage AWAY from the window!!!! Glass magnifies heat and also filters out UVB rays. Get a UVB light such as ZooMed in addition to a heat source.

My iglet has developed quite a taste for the Beatles. When I hold him and play one of his favorite albums he seems much more relaxed.
