glad she's still small enough that you can pretty much iG-nore that bites/whips! if you can *not* react to them while she's small enough to not do any real damage, she'll learn it doesn't have an effect on you + will (hopefully) not do it (as much) when she's bigger ... *ouch!* ... (iZ tail-whipped me once after he was pretty much full-grown lengthwise + left a huge welt on my thigh even tho i had my jeans on ... scary to think what 3' tail could do to bare skin!!)

gotta chuckle out of you thinking you were just a cat-mom ... *grin* ... i was never really a 'pet' person at all til i met iZ ... (long story, i rescued him from a crazy woman on my birthday ...) ... he climbed up on my shoulder, pressed his little head into my neck and whispered 'please take me home!' ... and what could i do? i was instantaneously hooked! *hehehee* they crawl right into our hearts don't they???
