Heart Ivy, Ivy (hedera helix)...toxic,potentially toxic

and below is link to Plant Database...under Ivy ...knowing the genus or latin name of the ivy you have at home is important. In large amounts anything would be toxic I'd suspect. If you don't know what it is...then best iggy doesn't get at it.
The safest "ivy" in any amount is the ivy geranium
lolol pretty flower too! Geraniums have hi calcium content as well! So great if iggie eats it!
