do they perhaps have frozen greens??? that would be preferable to canned ... the prob with canned collards/mustard greens is that there is ALOT of added salt cooked into them ... would not recommend them as a dietary staple, emergency use only ... rinse very very well with lots of water to try + remove some the the excess salt ... oh! + check the can to make sure they don't have pork or meat in them, some do ...
