I doubt you will find any consistant source for captive bred Green Igs. There are plenty of farm raised and adoptees out there. Most private people who do hatch Iggs soon come to the realization that this can be more of a curse than a blessing.
When I first hatched Green Iggs I was able to place all of them with suitable people, but that was because there were only 14 of them. The next couple of times I couldn't even give them away. After being stuck with 52 baby iggs, I began to wonder why I even incubated the eggs.
You should look in to adopting one.
