The answer unfortunately is no. Kidney do not regenerate or kick back in. When the kidneys fail, urea levels escalate to deadly levels. When this happens to humans, we go on dialysis until we get a transplant. No so with igs.
We had this happen to our first ig and it took about a week of painful death. This was due to temperature extremes. Which, by the way, that situation has been corrected.
I don't know where this person is, but temp extremes, unless she is in Florida or Costa Rica, could be the problem. Also diet could be a contributor, but probably not the sole cause. CW
