Typing out loud here...so bare with me...

X-ray ...nothing..no eggs
Vitamins & vitamin shot given
yellow urates

My guess is the yellow urates are from B vitamins that were given (since she's not gravid). Was any blood work done? Being that she is about 6 it would be good to have a complete physical with bloodwork done on her as igs seem to begin signs of kidney problems around that age.
If the vitamins seem to have corrected the falling ...you need to take a really hard look at her diet and see how you can improve it. Igs at 6 y/o don't do much anyway bask & zone that's 'bout it! I'd suspect that her acting "crazy" was her acclimation to you and her enviroment. Melissa Kaplan lurks on this board and Im sure she will e-mail you to help you. I will also provide you with a link to Jen Swofford's website for diet & basic care info on GGIs (giant green iguana's) Good luck & keep us posted...on your igs progress and anything else ;-)
