Did you say earlier that this was a "dwarf tegu"? If so, you can use the care info for the amieva. This looks to me like an amieva everywhere except the face ;o) Can't remember the temp variations for them but I know they are carnivorous & require UVB. And horizontal space. We had a beautiful amieva (Dancer)who impacted and died ;o( Glad to see it looks like you have it on paper towels! Ours was an eager eater and apparently scooped up substrate in his rush to grab everything.
I'll ask the silly question.....have you run this by the tegu forum at kingsnake? At least I think they have one LOL
