Bad Boy is treated as just one of the kids. (Too bad we can't use him as another tax deduction.)He walks all over me, literally, and I have never experienced any problems with salmonella.

Since he is trained to the bathtub, his cage stays surprisingly clean. (I use Nolvasan to disinfect.) Occasionally, he'll put a foot a pile, but it's purely accidental. He becomes rather indignant if I don't get him cleaned up right away.

The reason I asked this question, was more for curiousity's sake than anything. I often wonder about 'sideline' rep vets. Your answers only support how I feel.

Again, thanks for replying. I don't want to do anything to Baddesto (Bad Boy) that might compromise his health.
