No idea where the blood is coming from? Tiny hemorrhages need to be checked as soon as you discover them ...just to make sure not beginning stages of mouthrot. I'd swab the area with a good dose of Betadine late evening if you can see where the injury is... just to be on the safe side. Or if you have some Nolvasan (chlorhexidine) ...that would be ok too dip a Q-tip and swab the injury..just in case tissue is beginning to break down.
