: We used to let our BDs hang out in the iguana cage, did it for years with no problems. Cirsis, our big female ig, had no problems with BDs sharing her cage. BUT! After learning more, we feel that there is little upside to such an arrangement, but, plenty of downside. Parasites are one prob, cross-contamination between species can be a real headache. Another is size difference, a 1.5' BD is toast should an annoyed 5' ig take a bite. BDs do not need the high humidity that igs need. Blah, Blah! Our advice, don't do it!
