what type of burns are they? first degree, second or third? (3rd being the most dangerous).
a visit to a vet woldnt be too bad either, since there is always a risk for infections.
make sure the "floor" of the enclosure is nice and soft/smooth to prevent skin irritations.
as for lotios, have no clue, sorry.

if i were you, i would fix the placement of the lamps, to prevent the accident to happen again.
