Milky white spot on spazzy........

Hi folks not sure if this is something to be concerned about or not.. thought I would ask all you, Spazzy has and has had for some time a (only way to describe this) milky white spot/line on her side about 1/2 " long and only 3 scales wide (I counted a long time ago to see if it would get any bigger) but it is becoming a brighter white, I was thinking some sort of bacteria or something...it is not old shed skin as I cannot get it off, not red or sore around it or anything, but I notice yesterday a couple more scales are starting to look grayish around it this is a slight change and has just happened, anyway I was wondering if this was something anyone else has encountered and if I need to have it checked out. Thanks in advance hope everyone is well :O)
