Maybe a little communicating like IZ's Mom suggested..on Slee's part..."I'm comfortable, I like this" "I don't like this" "greetings" you'd have to judge yourself. If the twitching is constant or for long periods of time intermittantly thru the day...WORRY! but I don't think its worth a gray hair (got some to spare!) at this point!!
