OK, this little guy has a systemic septicemia going. Doc opened up the large abcess and evacuated the contents and flushed it out good. The poor little thing was a real trooper!! We didn't have a fecal to test but he wants to worm him when (I refuse to say "if") he gets stronger. We are dosing with Clavamox for at least 3 weeks. Fortunately, the baby is eating and drinking on his own. He may lose a couple toes. Doc says that if there is no organ involvement we have a chance......
