Samcin is right (below)-- it would help to know your igs diet, calcium supplement?, sun/UV light? Iguanas can turn brown if they are not receiving enough UV light with calcium. That can really dull their coloration. If all of that is in order, however, and there is no other medical condition, you could be seeing it's adult coloration (sometimes changes alot from their youth) My ig has always had browns/oranges, but he's a Mexican iguana and they are known for these colorations.
