Our grocery store started carrying mustard and collard greens pre-packaged. This was exciting you know? AND it says "Ready to Eat" because it was pre-washed. Well....I haven't been rinsing it off or anything before using it. Now, in hindsight, I'm wondering if this might be a BIG mistake on my part. Thoughts?
