I also use a 15 watt vitalight and two 100 watt
regular light bulbs for her basking areas. Plus at night I use a 100 watt ceramic heater. I found the regular everyday household bulbs 100 watt work just as well and are cheaper. I don't think it is a bad thing to use them if so I am sure someone will correct me :O) (which by the way I welcome)
: I use a 15 watt Vitalite. Reptisun 5.0 is also a good UVB light. I use a ZooMed 150watt basking bulb for day and a ZooMed 150watt ceramic heat emitter for night. Sometimes, during cold weather or just after a bath, I use both the basking bulb and the heat emitter.
: I have used ESU day and night light previously and had terrible trouble with them. Not only do they burn out quickly (usually within a couple of weeks), they also do not have emit the UVB or heat that the packaging says it does. I will not use any ESU product again.
: Hope this helps!
