Download Netscape Communicator 4.x free from www.netscape.com. I've given you the link below. Only I'm not sure that is the problem. I've tried to get in the chatroom the last couple of Tuesday nites and it will let me in but I can't see anyone or change my name from guest and I'm running the latest version of Netscape Communicator.
