Did have a little problem with the US Postal Service leaving a box of 1000 crickets (for the bearded dragons) on our doorstep in 27 degree weather killing 90% of them, even though the box was marked in big red letters "LIVE SPECIMENS, DO NOT FREEZE". Emailed LLL Reptiles what happened and they worked out a deal with me even though it was not their fault. The postal service could have cared less. I would buy from LLL Reptile's anytime.
