Well Miya the mean gets lots of time to himself too. But when he scratches on the door i still let him come out~ He is usually not aggressive when he wants to come out on his own. Of course any bad behavior and he goes back in. Today was one of his bad days, I could tell right away because i went up to his cage and he was at the back of his cage~ he lunged at the glass and went smash~ He really wanted to bite me today~ It really does suck because before i would come home on my lunch and we would sit out in the sun together and he seemed to really like it. Now if i am able to get him out without losing a finger i am lucky!
Well, I must be in my 2nd month of this awful season and my female owner doesn't do much with me anymore. She use to let me out of my habitat daily, but I guess ever since I tried to attack her from w/in it, she won't let me out. I come down to the escape door, but it is locked and I scratch and scratch, but the door doesn't open. Is it okay for me to stay in the habitat until my aggression subsides? Yes, this is the same Louie that inquired earlier with great responses already...thanks to all. But I guess my concern is "I want out, but is it best I stay inside and not roam among the humans?" What are all the other igs doing during this stressful period? Thanks for any advise, again.
