Has anyone tried using a heat/humidifier combination devices for ig cage?

I saw a heater/warm air humidifier combination device in a catalogue recently. It has a built in thermostat. I thought about incorporating it into our iguana's enclosure, but wondered if anyone else had tried something similar. I, of course, would take every precaution enclosing the device (about 8" square) so Bad Boy could not be injured.

It just sounded like an interesting idea. Anyone tried it? Does it work? What do you think? I'd like to hear your suggestions.
