Bite's no big deal. I've been tagged by some REAL snappers. Got the teeth out of it and flushed it, and aside from a little sore and messy, it's fine.
I'm pretty sure this ones a female, judging from the femoral pores. Happily, I already have an excellent home for her.
G. G. is being a complete a$$ about it. He isn't sleeping on his limb, but perched on top of the other's cage, and at this writing is wide awake well past his bed time. Also, no doubt inspired by the new one, he tried to bite me and his ratty, ol' tail goes flying every time I go near. I am going to lock him in the snake room until this one has gone to her new home. Keep the stress to a minium for everyone concerned. Am going to get a UV bulb tomorrow. I think she needs that more than anything.
Never a dull moment around here.

: Of course you washed the heck out of your bite wound, correct? You might want to get a needless syringe and force a little water into to him too. We had to with Harry at first (dehydrated). You're right, he/she (which is it?) probably won't eat for a few days. Wish I had the problem! LOL
: Good luck with your new green scaly friend. And of course, keep us all posted.
