Sneakers, who is now believed to be a 18 month old male, recently spent a week or two of total insanity. We let Sneakers out of his cage every evening for family time. He normally loves to lay on top of the bird cage and just watch everything. We fondly called him the cage potato. During those two weeks he was all over the livingroom. Up and down on all the furniture, running frantically around like he was searching for something. During this time he wouldn't eat much if at all. His pooping, which was an everyday event, was now every 3 to 4 days.

We are now going back to normal, thank goodness, it drove me nuts. He's beginning to eat more. His pooping is still not everyday, but coming closer together. And he's back to being the cage potato that we all know and love. If fact we have worked out a routine in every so often taking him off the bird cage and placing him in a location that makes him work his way around the room to get back to his favorite spot. Makes him get a little exercise. LOL

Joan (I just wish igs wouldn't make us worry so much)
