How good is an iguana's eyesight?

Can an iguana make its way around the dark okay? Do they have that good of eyesight? I was just wondering. Sometimes when I turn my iguana's lights off at night and the room is dark, he adjusts his position on his log and I was wondering if he can sort of see what he is doing.
