Mali Uros need a basking spot of about 130 degrees + and close to 0% humidity. Can anyone say "iguana jerky"?? These two species probably shouldn't even be in the same room let alone the same enclosure. Set up a desert type enclosure for your Malis...sand substrate if they are adults, dark rocks siliconed together to prevent collapse because they will dig...and a lamp to provide a really hot basking spot. They require no water dish but you can offer one for ten minutes a week. Hope this helps.
