I'm a big shopper of online products! I've only been screwed a couple times out of all my purchases (the worst was a computer purchase) but most companies resolve their probelms. I had some troubles with damaged reptile cages, but they eventually sent me a whole new cage along with keeping the damaged ones so I could use the parts (probably wouldn't buy from them again though) And I opened up a computer I bought to find out they put in cheaper parts than I ordered (they wouldn't make good on it unless I paid more so I had to eat the cost and send it back with my own money and tell them to shove it) However I still bought an even better computer online after that from a very good company so it all worked out. Those were my 2 worst cases. I can't stop!
