My two iguanas use to not eat their food if I would put alfalfa in it. So....they didn't eat for awhile. They now eat everything I offer them without showing any preference. I think the term for this is: eat or die. I have read this in different places including Hatfield's book. I would suggest feeding the different greens that Samcin suggested. I am siprised that your iguana won't take the lettuse, it is like junk food to them and will prefer it to beans, squash, and yams. I iggys use to love carrots, I guess they still do but it is hard to tell 'cause they eat everything like a pig.
