Two tanks would be my advice. You can combine wood, plexaglas and hardware cloth. No chicken wire. You can put hardware cloth on the top for the lights. I would make a door that opens to the front or side. Iguanas feel like prey when you reach in from the top. Best advice is to make sure it is easy to clean. We have two cages with double doors. make sure there somewhere for air to get in, but is still warm.
