Lump on ig's shoulder

I have an ig, Tiny, who I noticed a lump on his shoulder on Monday. I asked another rescuer about this and he said to watch it. I originally thought that Tiny had been in a fight with another ig. Today, I found a lump on Buddy's shoulder and it was not there two days ago. Buddy and Tiny do not get along and have not been together since Sunday. My third ig, Sweet Pea, does not have any lumps or bumps but she does not associate with any of the other igs at all.

Does anyone have any ideas? All igs are eating and going to the bathroom fine. They are all warm and seem to be otherwise normal.
