Sleestack had them too-- until he ripped most of them off- sigh :-( They are very cute. It looks like they are trying to grow back but some of that area is white and very damaged so I don't know if it's possible. I'm sure yours is Mexican if what you describe is true because she sounds like she has all the same physical traits as Sleestack (whose head can be nearly black in color & lotsa browns with a neon green belly)
