: You will probably have to spray your iguana about twice a day with water, since you probably won't have enough humidity in the room. The base temp sounds like it might be ok as long as you have a basking area that will reach 95 degrees.
: Something you want to think about is the flexiablity of the cage, this means it should be able to be broke down, making it easy to move either into another room or to a different location. If the cage is put together with nails, this will make it hard to move out of the room, since you're lookiing at a size larger than a door frame. The use of varies sized "dry-wall" screws would be ideal for being able to take the cage apart if needed. there's 2 types of Dry-wall screws, fine thread and course, remember to use course only with wood. Course threads make a better bite into the wood and less of a chance of stripping out later.
