Black Spots

My Iguana usually a very healthy animal has recently had a bad turn of luck, within the last three days I have noticed three new things, and I am not quite sure what to do. First a large black spot on his side, second two small fuzzy spots(maybe a fungus) and third a large blister like thing on his leg, that is filled with some sort of green very watery pus, does anybody know what is going on here, thanks for any help you can give me
