Rinse thoroughly to remove sodium from canned greens and fruits (should make up about 10% of diet right)to remove sugar/syrup unless its packed in its own juice then pour on!! Use canned in a pinch or to make it through winter lets say when fresh is not available, but Iguanas are foliovores...leaf eaters...closer to "leaves" the better so go Fresh! your ig will love ya for it!
