Your iguana needs to see a QUALIFIED HERP VET with all of these recent problems that have arisen!
There may be some cleanliness/ substrate/ etc. issues you need to look into because this is not the norm.
What is your set up like? What lights? How warm? HOw big is the cage...what is it made out of? What substrate to you use? What is his diet?
(answering these questions may help us determine ways to solve some health issues)

You need that liquid drained and the other spots treated. A good vet is the best person to tackle these issues. Here is a link to reccommended herp vets.
