What Ive read & have come to understand is that an iguana can have orange tinged urates when: 1)
gravid 2) breeding season (male & female alike spayed or neutered) 3) kidney related problems 4) eating or consuming large amounts of orange colored foods: i.e. yams, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, other types of orange fleshed squashes.

Right now my male Feo is not a GGI but a GOI!! Everything is orange!including his urates...and he's neutered!*****deep sigh*****

Keep an eye on it...You said her poop was orange...not the urates ...so perhaps it was something she ate!
