Didn't you say that your ig is only about a foot long total? If so it is probably to young to tell. Sneakers is about 18 months old and all this time I was sure Sneakers was a she. In the last month, Sneakers, has developed lumps at the base of the tail, large femoral pores (pores inside the thigh), jowls have grown a little, and orange coloring on the tips of the spikes. My she is a he. Either that or Sneakers is just messing with me. Anyway I think you have a ways to go before you can tell.

There is a good site that shows the difference in the femoral pores, but for the life of me I can't find it right now. Maybe someone else will post with that link.
