: I seriously believe the people here CAN make a difference and I would suggest ALL of us to write letters to every store that has a seriously problem. If we can post the address so everyone can send a letter, then we can show our numbers to these uncaring people. National chain stores, should also get a "cc" copy sent to their corp. office so they can know about the local chain store and the problems it has. BUT PLEASE, let's not get carried away with too much anger in these letters. We want them to take notice of the numbers and realize that if they don't do something, that the word of mouth (us on the internet) will hurt their business.
: I would also suggest, someone here who has the skill to write a professional letter,do so and make a half dozen generic ones (different wording for each) and then have someone post them on a website so any of us can copy them to send to these stores.

: I would say this much also, don't post minor problems with a pet store, such as a empty bowl of water in cage, things like that. We need to get the worst ones first such as Wrong diet, hot rocks, no UVB, seriously sick igs, etc... One day issues, such as the water is not something you want to write these letters about....long term issues are what we need to attack.
: I know there is a large number of people who visit this site and only read the post and don't post any messages......to these people.....I AM ASKING YOU to join in on the fight for helping iguanas nationally....please...help make a difference. If you don't believe you have alot of knowledge about iguanas but just like to read the postings here, that doesn't make a difference on sending a letter showing your concern to petstores. We need everyones help here.....numbers DO make a difference!!
