First: Try to get a temperature on the ground in the greenhouse. The temperature should read warmer near the glass. Should it frequently so you know how it is varying.
The iguana will not receive UVB light from the green house and this may be too hot in the summer.
Panels with plastic wire for a roof in the summer is interesing. This may take some thinking, but it could work.
