Yup! Actually, they should *always* be anchored
to the ceiling, cats can easily topple them over
too. No need to just store it, might as well
dig it out, anchor it up!... hey, if not, sell it!
(I want one for my cats and iggie!)

BTW - people, you can make your own just get those
discarded large cardboard tubes from the newspaper
places and cover them yourself with carpet extras
or sisal rope.
